The Yorkshire and Humber Parkinson's Excellence Network meeting aims to unite all health and social care professionals in the region for a day of learning and networking. There will be a key focus on creating multidisciplinary team (MDT) led services, with an example of how this has been delivered locally.

The meeting will be led by Jane Liddle, Geriatrician and Yorkshire and Humber Local Excellence Network lead, Tom Mace, Consultant Physician in Elderly Care at Hull University Teaching Hospitals, and Helen Prentice, Specialist Physiotherapist in Parkinson's, and will focus on service improvement and the delivery of high-quality care across Yorkshire and Humber. 

Network with and learn from health and social care colleagues across the region, hear from inspiring local people affected by Parkinson's, and much more.

The meeting will take place from 9:15am - 3:45pm, with arrivals and registration from 9:00am.

Location: The Education Centre, Pinderfields General Hospital, Aberford Road, Wakefield, WF1 4DG.
