Improving social connection for people with conditions affecting the brain that get worse over time
A PhD student is exploring how Welsh community services affect people's social lives. They are interested in people with conditions affecting the brain that get worse over time, like Parkinson’s. They want to understand how these services, whether online or in person, reduce loneliness.
100 people living in Wales who meet the criteria of 1 of the following groups:
• People with conditions affecting the brain that get worse over time, like Parkinson’s or Progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP)
• Health and social care professionals working with these conditions
• Activity organisers working with these conditions
• Completing a 25 minute survey online, by post or telephone
• Taking part in an optional interview with the researcher online or by telephone
