The PD-CFRS (Kulisevsky et al. 2013) is a short (5 minutes) Parkinson's specific questionnaire, used to explore a wide range of functional aspects suspected to be sensible to cognitive impairment in Parkinson's. It is intended for use by trained health professionals only.
This set of resources comprises a clinical algorithm and a set of Critically Appraised Topics (CATs). Together, they provide clinicians with an approach to the assessment of mild cognitive impairment in Parkinson's (PD-MCI), based on the best current evidence, clinical expertise and an understanding of the individual’s values and perspective.
