My Neuro Survey: Rate your health and care services

Make your voice heard by taking part in My Neuro Survey, the UK's largest survey of people with neurological conditions.

My Neuro Survey is run by the Neurological Alliance, which brings together organisations, including Parkinson's UK, working to improve the lives of people with neurological conditions across the UK.

Taking part in My Neuro Survey makes a huge difference. In 2019, over 10,000 people took part. Results from previous surveys have been used to improve services in hospitals, develop new specialist centres, and spark debate in Parliament.

1 in 6 people in the UK have a neurological condition, that's any condition that affects the brain, spine and/or nervous system, including the 145,000 people living with Parkinson's.

Getting the right care, treatment and support at the right time can be life-changing for people with neurological conditions. But too often, services fall below the standard expected. With your help, we want to change that.

About the survey

Every 2 years, the Neurological Alliance runs My Neuro Survey to give an accurate picture of people's experience of neurological care, treatment and support across England.

This year's survey is UK-wide, run in partnership with the Neurological Alliances of Scotland and Wales and the Northern Ireland Neurological Charities Alliance.

The coronavirus pandemic has put additional strain on overstretched services and has made it even harder to access the right treatment and support.

It's more important than ever to reach people with neurological conditions and make sure their voices are heard.

How do I complete it?

The survey is open until 14 January 2022 and is for anyone living with a neurological condition in the UK. It should take around 20 minutes to fill in.
