An exciting opportunity to take part in research exploring dance and Parkinson’s, in Belfast

Anna Carapellotti and researchers from the School of Psychology at Queen's University Belfast (QUB) are conducting a study evaluating the immediate effects of dance in people with Parkinson's.

What is involved?

Travelling to Queen's University Belfast (QUB) twice to take part in 1 dance class and an interactive lecture about dance. Before and after each activity, you will complete some assessments measuring your Parkinson's symptoms.

Who do the researchers need?

20 people with Parkinson's who can walk at least 10 meters and can stand independently for 30 minutes.  You will need to be able to travel to the University and will receive £10 towards your travel costs.
