Each of the health authorities of the 4 countries of the United Kingdom have created mental health and wellbeing support hubs for NHS health and social care staff.

  • Northern Ireland

The public health agency has produced a framework for leaders and managers to support the wellbeing of their staff during COVID-19. Helplines for staff in each Health and Social Care Trust are included.

  • Scotland

National wellbeing hub for people working in health or social care, from the Scottish Government. The hub includes resources for individuals and managers or employers.

  • Wales

Health for Health Professionals Wales is a free, confidential service available to all health professionals and healthcare students working in Wales.

 

  • Wellbeing webinars

#Caring4NHSpeople is a series of virtual wellbeing sessions aimed at people who work for the NHS. The portal also includes access to an online community dedicated to knowledge and guidance around supporting colleagues during and beyond the pandemic.
