Par-Con: our annual community event

In-person:

Please note, in-person registration is now closed.

You will not receive a physical ticket. We'll have your name on a list at the event registration desk where you'll be able to sign in.

Online:

There is still time to register for online access. To register, please select the 'online' ticket option. Online tickets are free and will give you access to both day 1 and day 2 content. Par-Con is being streamed via Zoom. We'll send you the joining link in the days leading up to convention.

Par-Con 2026 online will feature a full programme of expert speakers on topics ranging from living well with Parkinson's to the latest updates on Parkinson's research. Most talks will be broadcast from the Vox Conference Venue in Birmingham, while some talks will be hosted exclusively online. 

You'll also have the opportunity to submit and ask questions, as well as taking part in some of our activities from the comfort of your home.

Par-Con 2026 will be back at the Vox Conference Venue in Birmingham. You can expect talks from trusted experts on the latest research, helping guide you through a new diagnosis or a change in your symptoms, plus plenty of opportunities to get involved. You can also explore taster activities, and visit our marketplace stalls. All in an inclusive space for you to connect with others in the Parkinson's community.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day and are included in your ticket.

If you've purchased an in-person ticket and can no longer attend, you'll be able to apply for a refund. Please let us know as soon as possible before the event by emailing our team at [email protected]. 

Please note, as we're a small event team, all refunds will be processed in the weeks after the event and a small processing fee will be deducted.

Yes, separate tickets are required for both you and your supporter. We've designed this event to be highly interactive and valuable for both people living with Parkinson's and those who support them.

Our dedicated car park is South 6, situated on the NEC campus, a 5-7 minute walk from Resorts world, where the venue is situated. Simply take a ticket when you enter, and you will be able to validate it for free parking  once you are inside the venue.

Accessible & Closer Parking (Resorts World)
For Blue Badge holders and guests with limited mobility, we highly recommend using the Resorts World multi-storey car park, which offers the closest and most convenient access to the venue. There are over 10 dedicated Blue Badge bays available here. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be booked in advance. (Standard parking rates apply).
 

The venue is located a 15-minute walk from Birmingham International train station.

Yes, the Vox Conference Centre is fully accessible. There is lift access to the 2nd floor where the event is hosted, and disabled toilets are available on-site. Once you are in the venue, rooms are all on one level and there are no stairs.

If you have mobility constraints, we strongly advise using the Resorts World multi-storey car park or arranging a drop-off at the main Resorts World entrance.

We'll be taking photos at Par-Con. If you'd prefer not to appear in any photographs, please let us know by contacting [email protected] so we can arrange a special lanyard for you.
