Every year, Parkinson’s UK campaigns on crucial issues that affect people living with Parkinson’s. Issues such as developing better health and social care services, better access to treatments, therapies and the benefits system across the UK, and free prescriptions in England where people are still having to pay.
We’re raising awareness of the challenges faced by people with Parkinson’s, their families and their carers, and are encouraging all UK governments and service planners to make improvements.
The views of people with Parkinson’s, carers and families shape where we campaign and what for.
We listen to what you say on our forum, helpline, at meetings across the UK, and through our information and support service. We want to make sure we’re campaigning on the issues that will have the biggest impact and improve life for people with Parkinson’s, their families and carers. So we’re asking - what issues matter most to you?
