We can support your research meetings
If you're a Parkinson's researcher, we can offer support and up to £2,500 to set up a meeting or workshop.
Project grants - under review
We fund groundbreaking studies that tackle major Parkinson's research challenges and get right to the heart of complex problems.
Successful applicants have already been invited to full application. Deadline: Wednesday 8 April 2026 by 4pm.

Senior research fellowships - opening in April
We support outstanding scientists to become future leaders in Parkinson’s research.
Preproposal deadline: Wednesday 1 July 2026. Preproposal forms will be made available in April on our online research application system. Successful applicants will be invited to submit a full application through the online system.
Full application deadline: Wednesday 7 October 2026 (for invited applicants).
Virtual workshop to hear more about our Fellowships
Thursday 19 March 2026 at 10.00am-11.30am
Hear from a recently successful applicant, top tips from our lay and scientific reviewers, as well as information on meaningful patient and public involvement (PPI) and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI).
Drug accelerator grants - opening in July
We fund research to accelerate and drive forward the development of novel drugs for the treatment of Parkinson’s.
Preproposal deadline: Thursday 3 September 2026. Preproposal forms will be available from July on our online research application system. Successful applicants will be invited to submit a full application through the online system.
Full application deadline: Thursday 22 October 2026 (for invited applicants).
