The Expiratory Muscle Strength Training (EMST) device helps people with Parkinson's improve breathing, cough, swallowing, and speech by strengthening expiratory muscles. The Parkinson's UK Personal Assistance Grants Programme can help fund this device for eligible individuals, providing up to £1,500 for specialist equipment.
