Exercise snacking
On this page, you’ll find a 21-day programme of exercise snacking videos, designed and delivered by our team of physiotherapists and exercise professionals.
Exercise snacking is a bitesize way for anyone to get active. It involves short workout routines which can be anything from 30 seconds up to 20 minutes.
It helps build up your fitness gradually, using a structured menu of activities.
These short, manageable sessions fit easily into your daily routine, helping you to stay active in a way that feels achievable and sustainable.
By focusing on consistency and small, regular bursts of movement, the programme supports habit building helping you develop a positive, lasting relationship with physical activity that can continue well beyond the 21 days.

By taking part in these at-home sessions, you confirm that you feel able to participate safely and have not been advised by a healthcare professional to avoid physical activity.
These sessions are designed to support people living with Parkinson’s. We recognise that everyone’s experience is different, and symptoms can vary from day to day. Please listen to your body, take your time, and adapt the exercises to suit your needs. It’s absolutely fine to pause, rest, or skip any movements that don’t feel right for you.
If you have any concerns about your ability to take part, or if anything changes with your health, we encourage you to speak to a healthcare professional before continuing.
While physical activity can bring many benefits, there is always a small risk of injury. Only do exercises that you feel comfortable and confident performing, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
Make sure you have a safe, clear space to exercise at home, and wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear if needed.
