Through networking and learning, this event will bring together health and care professionals working or with an interest in Parkinson's, to help improve Parkinson's services across the north west of England.
Topics covered on the day will include:
- An overview of the upcoming clinical trial on the first disease-modified therapy for Parkinson’s.
- Exploration of a potential regional audit focused on Parkinson's admissions: the NASH model.
- Workshop session on clinical pathways and the role of the multidisciplinary team in the management of Parkinson’s.
- Lived experience of the unmet needs for people with young onset Parkinson’s.
- An interactive networking session to learn what others are doing in the region, share feedback and encourage collaboration.
