The Unified Dystonia Rating Scale (UDRS) allows clinicians to evaluate the level of dystonia experienced by people affected by Parkinson's.

It includes ratings for separate body areas and also a patient-reported rating for swallowing and speech. (Comella et al 2003)

International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society (MDS) owned scales

The MDS requires a ratings scales permissions request form to be completed and submitted, with fees where applicable, before working with these tools.
