The Unified Dyskinesia Ratings Scale (UDysRS) evaluates the involuntary movements that can be associated with long term treatment with dopaminergic medication.

The scale provides measurements for 'on-dyskinsesias' and 'off-dyskinesias' and contains recommendations for descriptions of each type of involuntary movement that can be used when talking with people with Parkinson's. (Goetz et al 2008)
