Parkinson's UK supports 99p Fitness pilot for communities in Northern Ireland

We're working with BrandInc Fitness to deliver a pilot project of free, accessible and on-demand exercise routines and workouts for people living with Parkinson's in Northern Ireland.

We are working with BrandInc Fitness to deliver new accessible, on-demand exercises and workouts to help more people living with Parkinson’s to get active for autumn and winter.

Called 99p Fitness, the new pilot is being rolled out for free to Parkinson's communities across Northern Ireland until 1 March 2026.

The aim is to help more people living with the condition to enjoy an active lifestyle from the comfort of their own home. The online workouts and activities are designed to focus on aerobic fitness, strength, balance and coordination.

After the pilot, memberships for BrandInc Fitness will cost 99p per month with no minimum contract. Members can pick the level of intensity and type of workout that’s right for them, with new exercises and step-by-step tutorials being added every month.

Relatives and carers can also sign up to BrandInc Fitness if they want to be active with someone they support or care for.

New users will be invited to complete a health questionnaire before they use the programme. All the activities are designed to be accessible for people with Parkinson's and to help all ages and abilities to feel confident being active.

Access to 99p Fitness is available now
