Monday 24 November at 1pm - Staying physically active with Parkinson’s for minoritised communities 

Are you newly diagnosed with Parkinson’s? Join our webinar to hear about how to stay active and introduce physical activity into your day. We’ll explore navigating physical activity after a Parkinson’s diagnosis, ways to introduce getting active with the condition, and the different options available.

Our panel includes an expert physiotherapist, a Parkinson’s UK physical activity staff member and a guest speaker who is living with Parkinson’s.
