Transforming acute care for older people living with frailty

Delegates will get an essential guide to improving the quality of care for people with frailty and supporting them to stay out of hospital. This will include the implementation of the February 2024 NHS England FRAIL strategy for the development and improvement of acute frailty same day emergency care services and the National CQUIN.
