Join the final push of our Nurse Appeal
We're in the final stages of our £9 million Nurse Appeal. We have until the end of 2026 to raise the final £1 million needed to create vital new specialist roles. Your gift today could be the one that gets us there.
Secure the future of Parkinson's care
£40 buys 1 hour of specialist care. How much will you give?
Your donation will be doubled by the Frank Brake Charitable Trust up to a total of £15,000. So when you fund one hour of specialist care, you actually fund two.

We're so close to our goal, and we're counting on your support
Parkinson's is a complex condition that changes from day to day, and even hour to hour. Specialists like Parkinson's nurses and physiotherapists provide the expert, tailored care people need to live well.
Thanks to your incredible support, we've already funded over 30 specialist roles in just 18 months. We've created 34 new positions with 28 specialists already in post, changing the lives of 9,700 people with Parkinson's.
But 1 in 5 people across the UK still have little or no access to a specialist. We cannot stop now.
Your gift matters right now
We have until the end of 2026 to raise the final £1 million and reach our Nurse Appeal target. Support us now to:
- fund Parkinson's specialists who will support thousands of people with Parkinson's for years to come
- double your donation with the support of the Frank Brake Charitable Trust. This means that for every one hour of specialist care you donate to fund, you'll actually fund two.
Vicky's story
Vicky is one of thousands of people who don't have access to a Parkinson's nurse.
"Having a Parkinson’s nurse would be great to have, as they would be someone to talk to, and someone able to offer support.
"It would just be so nice to have someone you could check in with, particularly on the mental side of things because it affects everyone so differently."
