With over 40 local support groups, exercise groups, singing groups, creative activities and our First Steps course for people newly diagnosed, there’s something for you. And our volunteer-led Scotland Development Team is always working on developing more.

Our team of Parkinson's advisers are based all over Scotland. They provide free and confidential information and support to people with Parkinson's, their families and carers. They help people understand the impact of Parkinson’s, their rights and how to access local support and services.
