The Audit tool
From 1 February 2023 you will be able to log into the Audit tool to:

Create an account on the system and link to services which took part in the 2022 audit
Services which took part in the 2022 audit will be able to:

Access their Individual Service Report

Sign up to take part in a national Service Improvement project

Service Improvement Plans
We encourage you to register a Service Improvement Plan as part of your Audit cycle. This will allow you to register for a multi-centre project or your own local project.
You will be able to register your plan after you have received your Individual Service Report in January 2023.
There will be at least 2 multi-centre projects open to services who have participated in the 2022 Audit. These will be announced in February 2023, and you will be able to sign up here.
In 2021, our 2 projects were:
- Elderly Care and Neurology – Bone Health Improvement
- Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Therapy – Induction and Support for New Starts
