Gillian's experience of taking part in the trial

“Taking part in the study was a very interesting experience. I hadn’t thought much about how we regulate our emotions day to day, so it made me reflect on my own habits. Caroline was clearly passionate about the research and it felt good to contribute to research that could help people with Parkinson’s manage their wellbeing better. I’d definitely take part again.”
