Elections in Scotland and Wales

Find out how members of the community took action to put Parkinson’s onto the agenda ahead of the Scottish and Welsh Parliament elections.

Why it matters

Political leaders must understand the condition and know what their governments must prioritise for people with Parkinson’s, their family, friends and carers.

Now that Members of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) and the Senedd (MS) have been elected, we’ll be contacting them to make sure they take action to improve access to health, care, and transport services.

And we’d love you to get involved too.

Find out what supporters did in Scotland and Wales to put Parkinson’s on the election agenda, and how you can get involved in our next steps.
