There are all sorts of activities and services available to help you take control of life with Parkinson’s. With 10 local groups, exercise and physical activity groups, cafes, and our First Steps course for people newly diagnosed, there’s something for you. And our volunteer-led Northern Ireland Development Team is always working on developing more too.
