What encourages or discourages you from taking part in physical activity and exercise?

Adapting support to meet each person’s needs is a key factor in helping people to be active. The research team at the University of Plymouth would like your help to identify barriers and enablers to taking part in physical activity for people with Parkinson's. 


160 adults aged 18 or over with Parkinson's who live in a community setting (e.g. own home, with family or in a retirement complex).


You will be asked to complete a survey about your relationship with physical activity. The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete and can be done online or by post.
