Excellence Network North East and Cumbria AHP Parkinson’s Interest Group Local Education & Training (PIGLET) meeting
The North East and Cumbria PIGLET meeting is a specialised Parkinson's interest group meeting for allied health professionals (AHPs), providing local education and training.
The North East and Cumbria PIGLET meeting aims to bring together allied health professionals in the region, by focusing on the latest research, clinical practice and service improvement for patients with Parkinson’s.
The meeting will be led by Dr Rosie Morris, Senior Physiotherapy Lecturer at Northumbria University, and will include a range of talks from Parkinson's specialists.
Due to constraints with COVID-19, this year the meeting will return virtually, giving attendees an opportunity to come together, network and receive the latest updates on research and clinical care for people with Parkinsonʼs.
The meeting will be held via Zoom from 2.00pm-4.00pm. Attendees will receive further details upon registering for the event.
