Excellence Network Exercise Hub Study Day 2023

The Exercise Hub Study Day is back again this year! Hosted by Beccy Oliver and Julie Jones, specialist physiotherapists and leads of the Exercise Hub, this year's event is taking place in person in Birmingham.

This year, the Hub will maximise their time together in conversation, using the ‘hive mind’ to focus on their key topic of exercise dosage. They’ll base the day on the foundations of their Exercise Framework to explore best practice in exercise prescription for both the motivated and disengaged person with Parkinson’s.

The Study Day will include:

• An update from the Parkinson's Excellence Network
• The Exercise framework and wheel: are we overdosing or under prescribing?
• Optimising exercise engagement
• The Dragons debate: online vs in-person exercise 
• Taster of exercise styles

Throughout the day, there will be many opportunities to connect with regional and local Hub members and key Parkinson’s UK teams. Lunch and refreshments will be provided in the ticket cost.
