This event, for anyone with an interest in Parkinson’s research, will take place on Saturday 23 November at the Cranmore Park Conference & Events Centre, outside Birmingham.
Developed in partnership with people affected by Parkinson’s, our packed agenda will feature talks from top Parkinson's researchers, updates on Parkinson's UK initiatives, and the personal experiences of trial participants and Research Support Network volunteers.
You'll be able to meet and ask questions of research professionals and Parkinson's nurse specialists in our exhibition marketplace. You will also find out how Parkinson’s UK is stepping up to accelerate research into new and better treatments, and discover opportunities to help us shape research so that it truly meets the needs of everyone affected.
Join us in person or online
Tickets are now available from £25 to attend in person and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so book now to avoid disappointment. All funds raised will be used in the running of the event.
With such an impressive lineup, we don’t want anyone to miss out so we will be live streaming the event free online for those who are not able to join us in person.
James Bunting, Research Events Manager, comments:
“We are delighted to announce the return of the Research Support Network Conference.
“This year’s conference will be our biggest yet and, more than any other, has been a team effort with our incredible volunteers. We could not have designed the agenda we’re so proud of without the time and efforts of all those who have assisted so much.
“We’ll be hearing from some of the biggest names in Parkinson’s research sharing their ground-breaking work and the areas of progress that excite them most. And we’ll hear the stories of Research Support Network members who are working alongside researchers and taking part in pioneering clinical trials. It’s definitely an event you won’t want to miss”
