Parkinson's Portrayed is an art project that brings to life the stories of 5 people affected by Parkinson's, through a mix of animation, portraiture, and sound.
Artist Ian Bruce, and Geraldine, who has had Parkinson's for more than 30 years, have teamed up to use Ian's skills to spread awareness of Parkinson's.
The two met when Geraldine commissioned Ian to make something that represented her epic romance with her partner, Bob. The finished product, and the awards it picked up a various film festivals, made them realise they might be on to something.
Here are the results - 5 films that combine animation and portraiture with the stories of people with Parkinson's to produce something truly special.
