An Odd Ode ~or two about life and living with Parkinson's

I have compiled a book of my mother's poetry that she wrote as she coped with living with Parkinson's.

She was diagnosed in 2004 and died in 2013 aged 91.

The book costs £5 and all proceeds go to Parkinson's UK. My book was launched mid March with an event at my local library and to date I have raised over £700!! (and there are lots more books in the garage!!)

The poems are a lighthearted look at life with PD, with a foreword written by a Parkinson's nurse who comments on the message the poems convey to carers and nurses about what it is like to have the condition.

If you would like to have a copy; to support the charity that supported me; as I supported my Mum; then either send me a message through this forum.....or copies are available through:
