My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2013 and a couple of years later with dementia. Recently he had to reduce his madopar 200 (3 a day) to half because of hallucinations delusions and paranoia. However even on half dose the side effects continue so yesterday he was prescribed the anti-psychotic drug Seroquel. He takes his first one tonight I have read lots of negative reports on it... should I be concerned?
