Overwhemed

Guess that title should cause this to be a looong write, but I'll try to contain myself!  Mental decline since the time change 11-6 plus the longest night of the year after the shortest day 12-21.  I know it is all up from now on but how do I get over the hump?  And the moon is darkening and that affects me mentally and less sleep. Plus this slow digestion is making a very miserable me.  Anyone have some effective hints for that?  Then my husband who also has PD is declining before my eyes and tripping and falling and his mind is getting worse than mine and faster.  And this one started about six months ago: feels like bugs crawling on me.  I used to jump (ha) out of bed and try to find the critter or slap it off me in the day time, now I just look at my skin and I feel the bugger but it isn't there!  I've finally gotten over the panic of having a bug on me but I still don't like it one bit!  Not enough sleep at night and no I don't nap in the day.  Hubby could sleep for 2-3 days straight, if mother nature didn't call!  Sorry, but I had to get this off my chest.  Thanks.  Jaffy
