I have been having a lot of bother recently with toe curling which makes walking impossible until the meds kick in. However, you might be interested to known that you can still run! So in an emergency you can run to the nearest seat.

Hello ancient and wise one, yes my toes curl up painfully and my fingers , but the trapped nerve has escaped thank god and I hope it improved it hiding place as I dont want any more input from him (the trapped nerve),I began hammering 6inch nails through my fingers to take my mind off the nerve pain then a mate said "have you tried paracetemals" ??

Walking on tip toes in your socks helps but can look a little strange.
