i was wondering if anyone has gone through a capability termination of contract,my HR has suggested this might be a way forward as i believe i am now at risk as i work on live electrical equipment.
I was told that she would look into how to progress this if this was what i wanted to do.
my questions are does this mean retirement on ill health, if so what are my next steps, do i apply for ESA unsure what to expect regarding benefits etc.
any help or advise will be much appreciated.
