We're looking for participants in a potential TV show about the homeless dogs being trained to assist people with Parkinson’s

Hello,

Parkinson's UK have been approached by Plimsoll Productions for a 3 part series about the benefits of dog ownership to your health.

They are hoping to find volunteers interested in housing homeless dogs who will be transformed into high functioning pets able to carry out tasks to enrich their owners lives. The series will follow the dogs and their new owners as they undertake 12 weeks of specialised training under the expert guidance of leading dog trainers.

If you’d be interesting in appearing on the show, contact Joe at [email protected] or call 020 7963 9370.

Filming will start soon so please get in touch if you, or anyone you know, may be interested.

Thanks!

i so wish my hubby would let me have a little dog or a cat but the grumpy old git just won't  if you are short of participants i would love to take part i just cannot re-home the dog, but if this happens at least the dog is then ready to go to a pd suffering owner already trained.

Hi BettyBlue,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Unfortunately the television production company have specified they want someone who can take part and then re-home the dog. Thank you anyway though!

If anyone is interested in this opportunity or knows anyone who would be interested, please contact Joe at [email protected] or call 020 7963 9370.

Thanks,

Amy
