Carers Week is coming up in June and this year's theme is around carer friendly communities.
Is your community carer friendly? Have you received any support to help you care? This could be through carers allowance, respite care or perhaps your local authority has put services in place to help.
We really want to celebrate carers week and shout about any good examples of people getting the support they need in their local area, if you would be willing to talk about your experiences further please get in touch with me on [email protected]
