My father with PD is 59.. I'm struggling to find some answers..
Are prescriptions free when he turns 60?
will he be eligible for DLA? (hes still working full time)
what other benefits are available? ( is income considered?)

yes, the prescriptions are free at 60 
Your dad may well be eligible for DLA which is not related to income and can be claimed whilst working.
I understand though that this benefit and incapacity benefit are undergoing changes currently.
Try ringing the Benefit Enquiry helpline.
They are very helpful in explaining what benefits can be claimed and they send tou the claim forms.
