- Advance registration: £12 for adults and £5 for under 16s
- Registration on the day: £15 for adults and £7.50 for under 16s
- Registration opens: 9.15am
- Start time: 10am
- Route: 3 miles and 9 miles
Join us for a 3 or 9 mile route walk following paths and bridleways around Stafford Castle. The walk is self-guided but there will be several marshall points to guide you. You will be provided with a route map on the day, and information about points of interest to make it more fun, especially for children.
We suggest that all walkers aim to raise at least £50. Your entry fee goes towards the cost of organising the walk, but by raising £50 in sponsorship, you can make a huge difference to the lives of people with Parkinson’s.
There are toilets at the rugby club and also at Stafford Castle.
Are welcome but must be kept on leads.
Please park in the Stafford Rugby Club car park.
All routes follow paths across fields and bridleways so are uneven and muddy in places.
Water is provided and refreshments are available to purchase at the rugby club.
Your walk T-shirt and fundraising pack will be sent soon after your registration and your number and on the day information will be sent the week prior to the walk.
Please note registration closes just over a week prior to the event. On-the-day registration will be available but will be cash only and will cost £15 for adults and £7.50 for under 16s.
What you'll receive:
- a Walk for Parkinson's T-shirt
- fundraising advice, including a fundraising pack
- support with your training
- a finisher's medal
