Join us for our Walk for Parkinson's around the beautiful Pollok Park.

- Start and finish: Pollok Country Park
- Minimum sponsorship: £50 suggested
- Registration fee: £10 for adults and £5 for under 16s
- Registration opens: 10am
- Start time: 11am
- Route: 1 mile and 5 miles
Join us
Join us at Pollok Country Park and enjoy a gentle 1 mile or more challenging 5 mile walk around Glasgow's largest park. Its extensive woodland and gardens provide a quiet sanctuary for both visitors and wildlife. You can also enjoy the elegant Pollok House, walled garden and stable courtyard features.
What you'll receive
Take part in a Walk for Parkinson’s in 2018 and help raise vital funds for people affected by Parkinson’s. Every step will take us closer to a cure.
All our walkers will receive the best support from us, including:
- A Walk for Parkinson's T-shirt
- Fundraising advice, including a fundraising pack
- Support with your training
- A finisher's medal

More details
Car parking: is available at the Burrell Collection (pay & display)
Routes: are wheelchair accessible
Dogs: Dogs are more than welcome on the walk, however please can we ask you keep dogs on the lead.
Marshals: There will be plenty of marshal points along the route, to help guide you in the correct direction.
Refreshments: There is a café available at Pollok House for refreshments. The Burrell House and its cafe are currently closed for refurbishment.
Toilets: Situated in Pollok House
Walk packs: which include your walk T-shirt and number will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the walk.
Registration: On-the-day registration will be available but will be cash only and will cost £15 for adults and £7.50 for under 16s
