Walk for Parkinson's - Packwood House 2018
Join us for our Walk for Parkinson's around beautiful Packwood House.

- Start and finish: Packwood House
- Minimum sponsorship: £50 suggested
- Registration fee: £10 for adults and £5 for under 16s
- Registration opens: 9.15am
- Start time: 10am
- Route: 6 miles
Returning for 2018, this stunning 6 mile walk will take you around the beautiful grounds of Packwood House, its impressive Yew Garden and the historic moated manor house of Baddesley Clinton. The walk takes you along the picturesque Stratford upon Avon canal and along the Heart of England way. This will be a great walking event for all the family and will suit most levels of fitness, age and ability.
What you'll receive
Take part in a Walk for Parkinson’s in 2018 and help raise vital funds for people affected by Parkinson’s. Every step will take us closer to a cure.
All our walkers will receive the best support from us, including:
- A Walk for Parkinson's T-shirt
- Fundraising advice, including a fundraising pack
- Support with your training
- A finisher's medal
Entry to both National Trust properties is included in your entry fee to the walk.
Dogs: Dogs are very welcome in the grounds of Packwood and Baddesley however not in the house or gardens of either National Trust properties.
Accessibility: This walk will suit most levels of fitness, age and ability, but please note that the route isn’t suitable for wheelchairs or buggies.
Toilets: There are toilets at Packwood House and Baddesley Clinton.
Car park: There is ample parking at Packwood House.
Refreshments: Water is available at the end of the walk and refreshments can be purchased at either Packwood House or Baddesley Clinton’s café’s.
Walk packs: which include your walk t-shirt and number will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the walks
Registration: Please note registration closes 1 week prior to the event. On the day registration will be available but will be cash only and will cost £15 for adults and £7.50 for under 16s
