Our 2018 line up

Kevin Bridges

Kevin appeared on The World Stands Up and The Comedy Store (Comedy Central) which led to his first big TV break as a guest on the first series of Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow on BBC1, airing to over five million viewers. It led to Kevin being the fastest act to sell out all twenty-eight nights of his 2009 Edinburgh Festival run - and adding a staggering fifteen extra shows, which also sold out! A favourite with the punters but also the critics, Kevin received five-star reviews and a nomination for the prestigious Edinburgh Comedy Awards Newcomer.

'Brilliant' - Billy Connolly

Paul Sinha

Paul is a familiar voice on radio with appearances on Just a Minute, The News Quiz and Fighting Talk. His own Radio 4 series 'Paul Sinha's History Revision' won the Rose d'Or for radio comedy.

A lifetime of curiosity and learning informs Paul's comedy but now also ranks him as one of the UK's finest quizzers. This has led to yet another concurrent career, this time as a general knowledge expert on the ITV quiz show, The Chase.

"Well on the way to earning himself a place on the pantheon of comedy greats" - The Scotsman

The Delightful Sausage

The delightful sausage are the sketch comedy double-act that pulsating hernia of a mother warned you about.

Since inventing sketch comedy in 2015, Chris Cantrill and Amy Gledhill have been peddling their own brand of nonsense to anybody daft enough to get within spitting distance.

Expect surreal sketches, unsettling illustations and heavily implied violence. Cult comedy for wayward juggalos.

'Raw funny talent' - Short Com

Allyson June Smith

After working her way across Canada, Allyson now has taken her craft to the UK. Using her sassy blend of in-you-face stand-up and hilariously insightful commentary, she now works for major UK promoters and comedy clubs.

It is her genuine and unique sense of humour, combined with excellent performing timing, that has made audiences laugh. This teacher-come-comic is ready to show international audiences why she is a sought-after fan favourite.

'Simply one of the funniest comedians I've ever worked with' - Jason Manford

Caimh McDonnell

Caimh is an award-winning stand-up comedian, author and writer of televisual treats.

In his time on the British stand-up circuit, he has firmly established himself as the white-haired Irishman whose name nobody can pronounce. He performs regularly at all the major clubs and is equally at home doing a set or acting as MC.

He regularly supports Sarah Millican on tour and has also brought the funny worldwide, doing stand-up tours of the Far East, the middle East and once, the near East (Norwich). He brings a new-stand-up show to the Edinburgh festival most years, mainly as an excuse to eat things that've been deep fried.

'Outstanding' - Daily Telegraph
