If you're planning to take part in a run and fundraise for us, here's how to get started.

Let us know which running event you're doing

Once you have chosen your run let us know by completing our online registration form (via Active Network).

We will then send you:

  • a running pack with lots of useful information and advice
  • your Parkinson's UK running top.

We can also provide you with other fundraising materials, such as banners and collection tins.

If you are new to running, trying a new distance or aiming for a new personal best check out our new training zone.

Here you will find:

  • training guides
  • route planners
  • pace calculators
  • personal trainers - designed to answer basic running questions.

If you can't find your answer in there, head along to the Q&A Place instead. This is your opportunity to ask about your specific injury, nutrition or training issues, and the team of experts there will be happy to help.
