If you are new to running, trying a new distance or aiming for a new personal best check out our new training zone.

- personal trainers - designed to answer basic running questions.
If you can't find your answer in there, head along to the Q&A Place instead. This is your opportunity to ask about your specific injury, nutrition or training issues, and the team of experts there will be happy to help.
