Reporting content

If you think a post or a topic goes against the website terms of use or the forum rules, you can report it to the forum team. 

You can find detailed instructions on how to report a post or topic on the forum help pages.

Note: Where a post is reported by more than one member, the forum team will only write back to the first person reporting the post.

Account enquiries

Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it.

  • Click on 'Log in' at the top right-hand corner of the website.
  • On the left hand menu, click on 'Forgotten your password?'.
  • Type in your email address or your username.
  • You will be emailed a link where you can reset your password.

If you've also forgotten the email address you registered with, contact us at [email protected]

Updating your account details

If you want to update your account details, you can do this from your account page.

  • Log in to the website.
  • On the left-hand menu, click on 'Account settings'.
  • Once you have updated your information, click on 'Save'.

You cannot close your account from your account page. To request that your account be closed, write to us at [email protected]
