Why and how to become a member
Membership benefits
Members hear it first
- Access the most up to date information, research and advice
through our members' magazine 'The
Parkinson'
This quarterly publication is full of inspiring articles and
interviews, updates on our work, details of events and many
practical suggestions about living with Parkinson's. Our
sample copy of 'The Parkinson' (PDF,
3MB) shows you what's on offer.
Link in to your local support network
- Join one of our local groups across
the UK. Groups meet regularly and hold events including social
activities, fundraisers, exercise classes and more.
Make your voice heard
- Helping us shape our future policies and campaign for a better
quality of life for people living with Parkinson's. As a member,
you have the right to attend our Annual General Meeting and you can
also get involved in the running of your local branch if you wish
to.
Research at your fingertips
- As a member you can request to be sent copies of our
twice-yearly research magazine
'Progress' which provides a retailed insight into the research
we fund.
Membership costs just £4 a year (£15 for overseas
