When: Sunday 31 October 2010
Where: National Water Sports Centre, Nottingham
Distance: 10K

Join us for the second year of our very own 10K - all funds raised will go exclusively to the Parkinson's Disease Society.

The course runs two laps around the scenic rowing lake at the National Water Sports Centre, as well as weaving round and over some of the smaller canoeing pools.

We will provide you with fundraising and training advice, as well as a breathable running top to wear on race day. We'll also be there on the day to cheer you on and congratulate you at the finish line!
