Kilomathon London
Join our team for this unique race through Lea Valley
Park
- Date: 28 October 2012
- Venue: Lea Valley Park, north-east London
- Distance: 26.2K or 13.1K
- Registration fee: £25
- Minimum sponsorship: £200 for a charity place.
If you have your own place there's no minimum
A 'kilomathon' is ideal to add to your training for a marathon
or as a stand alone challenge. A 'half kilomathon' is also a
great step up from a 10K.
Both routes start at Lea Valley Athletics Stadium in Meridian
Way, Edmonton.
- Half kilomathon (13.1K) - heads north for 5K
along Meridian Way/Mollison Avenue before heading along canal
towpaths. The route then winds around Bowyer's Water and Holyfield
Marsh, before turning south past Thorndon Country Park and
finishing.
- Kilomathon (26.2K) - mirrors the half
kilomathon route but takes in more of the park winding round its
numerous lakes, before finishing in the same place.

cure and improve life for everyone affected by Parkinson's.
All our runners will receive a breathable running vest with
iron-on letters and a fundraising pack. We'll support and advise
you all the way through your training and fundraising.

Get a charity place
To apply for one of our places, please complete and return our
registration form (Word,

basis.
With each charity place we ask for a registration fee of £25 and
a minimum sponsorship of £200 for either race distance. It is
important to consider this commitment carefully when applying - we
rely on sponsorship raised to fund our work helping people with
Parkinson's.
