Run for us

Our work is totally dependent on donations. All funds raised will support our work to find a cure and improve life for everyone living with Parkinson's.

All our runners receive a fundraising pack, sponsorship forms and a breathable running vest with iron on letters. We will support you all the way through your training and fundraising, and be there on the day to cheer you on!

The feeling of finishing far outweighed the effort

Get a charity place

To apply for one of our places, please complete and return our registation form (Word 262KB).

Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. With each charity place we ask for a registration fee of £25 and a minimum sponsorship of £200. It's important to consider this commitment carefully when applying - we rely on the sponsorship raised to fund our work helping people with Parkinson's.

Get your own place

We encourage everyone to get their own place so we can have the largest team possible. There's no minimum sponsorship target.

To get your own place, please visit the Great South Run website. If you are successful, please complete and return our registration form (Word 262KB) so we can support you.
