Run for Parkinson's UK

Our work is totally dependent on donations. All funds raised will support our work to find a cure and improve life for everyone living with Parkinson's.

All our runners receive a fundraising pack, sponsorship forms and a breathable running vest with iron on letters. We will support you all the way through your training and fundraising, and be there on the day to cheer you on!

The feeling of finishing far outweighed the effort

Jacqui Hodge, Great South runner

Get your own place

We encourage everyone to get their own place so we can have as large a team as possible. There's no minimum sponsorship target.

Visit the Great South Run website to get your place. If you are successful, please complete and return our registration form (Word, 249KB) so we can support you.

Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. With each charity place we ask for a registration fee of £25 and a minimum sponsorship of £200. It's important to consider this commitment carefully when applying - we rely on the sponsorship raised to fund our vital work.
