terrain towards the village of Mairena.

We are closer than ever to finding a cure for Parkinson's
disease. By taking part in Trek Spain you can help us
raise £70,000 for vital research projects that will provide real
hope for the future.
 Starting in the hills of Trevélez in
Southern Spain, this trek will lead you across the varied terrain
of the Sierra Nevada.
Feast your eyes on stunning mountain scenery whilst passing
orchards, old Moorish towns and vineyards, as you trek towards the
charming village of Mairena.
The trek is moderate with some uphill and downhill sections,
covering approximately 50km over 3 days. The trek will be
physically demanding but hugely rewarding.
Anyone who is reasonably fit should be able to complete the
trek. As long as you are willing to put the time into your training
you should find this challenge achievable. We will provide a
training guide.
