Social events

Almost anything you enjoy doing in your spare time can be a fantastic way to fundraise and show your support.

Whether you raise £5 or £500, you can make a difference by holding your own fundraising event.

Fundraising ideas

We have already seen people organise:

  • sponsored haircuts
  • charity golf days
  • comedy shows
  • car washes
  • dance performances

Lots of people also hold a Party for Parkinson's

To boost your fundraising, why not hold a collection, organise a raffle or have a cake sale alongside the main event?

Jumble sales, cake sales, stalls...

Jan Sopher's coffee morning

Everyone loves a sale, whether it's cakes, plants or clothes. It's a simple and fun way to fundraise.

Get your friends together and ask them to bake cakes, donate their unwanted belongings or just their time.

You could even get a few stalls together and turn your sale into a fete.

eBay for Charity

Whether you're buying or selling, eBay for Charity is an easy way to support us.

eBay for CharityWhen selling unwanted items, choose the 'advanced sell' option. You can then donate between 10% and 100% of the proceeds of any sale.

If you are a UK tax payer, Gift Aid is automatically added to the amount you donate.

You can also help support us by buying items on eBay for Charity

Happy eBaying!
