This fascinating cycle ride takes you from old Saigon, through the rice paddies and waterways of the lush Mekong Delta, to the dry lands and rolling hills of Cambodia.

The challenge - what to expect

Your challenge is to cycle for 8 days across 500km of varied terrain. The route takes in bustling city markets and beautiful rural landscapes, dotted with the ruins of ancient civilisations.

The stunning temple of Angkor Wat is a highlight of this incredible journey.

The long days of cycling were challenging but it was one of the best experiences of my life!

Join our team

Our group will be made up of people of all ages and backgrounds. The experience of being part of a team with a common goal is fantastic and many people leave having made friends for life.

  • The challenge is open to anyone over the age of 18.
  • You must complete an application form and medical form. If you are over 60 or have medical conditions you may be required to get your GPs signature.
  • It is important to consider the minimum sponsorship carefully when applying - we rely on the sponsorship raised to fund our vital work.

Our work is totally dependent on donations and money raised will go towards helping us find a cure and improving life for everyone affected by Parkinson's.
